Using the Prescriptions line

Over recent months we have been accepting all calls for ordering repeat prescriptions over the Prescription Line.

As of Monday 31 August we will be reverting to only accepting calls from patients who are housebound.

Other patients should request their repeats prescriptions by posting their slips or a note into the post box outside the surgery.

Have you considered using online services? You can order repeats, book appointments and access other functions using online services. If you are interested in this, please let us know using the Contact Us page and we will send out more information and an application form to you.
