Blood Pressure Diaries
These are Word, Excel and Printable documents that will allow you to record your own blood pressure readings. The Excel file will also calculate your average blood pressure as you use it. Pick whichever works best for you and complete it over a full 7 day week.
Please return your completed diary to [email protected] whichever one you use. Remember to include your name and date of birth.
We don’t use the first day’s readings to calculate your average as these are often higher than normal as you get used to the process.
