Online Consultations

From midnight tonight the medical centre will be moving away from the secure online consultation system you may have become familiar with over the last 5 years. We will now be using the same system for online consultations as we already use for sending you text messages.

The system is called AccuRx and will also be familiar to you. This system gives South Yorkshire ICB more visibility over the online consultations activity for the practice.

When you click on the link for an online consultation you will see a page like this:

Follow the instructions on this screen and we will receive your message in the same way as the previous system.
