GP Training

MB ChB or MD; Graduate of a UK approved Medical School

The practice is a training practice, meaning that we develop already qualified doctors into fully fledged and independent General Practitioners.  Dr Helen Jarvis is our current GP Trainer, supervising and delivering much of the training of our more junior doctors on their Vocational Training Scheme.  The practice has a philosophy that any of the team, including GPs and other clinical staff, all have a role in training the next generation of clinicians.  If you are lucky enough to meet one of our ‘trainees’ you will not only get the benefit of their up-to-date training and enthusiasm, but also the opinion and the care of the GP supervising them at the time.
