Tracey

Tracey is our Practice Manager and responsible for the day to day running of the Practice.

Tracey previously worked for Post Office Ltd in the Doncaster, Sheffield and Leeds area for 31 years in various roles including counter clerk and transport manager. She joined the team as Practice Manager for Gleadless Medical Centre in April 2017.

Practice Pharmacists

Our pharmacists assist the Practice by monitoring pharmacy drugs. If you have been in hospital the practice pharmacist may contact you to make sure you understand how to take your medication.

Locums

The practice will employ Locums when there is a need due to illness or maternity/paternity leave.

Mandy Sturman

- Female

Mandy is trained to take blood samples, to assist the nurses in the care of patients and to work with the doctors in the Three Minute Surgery.

Natalie Dodge

- Female

Natalie is trained to take blood samples, to assist the nurses in the care of patients and to work with the doctors in the Three Minute Surgery.

Melanie Moreton

- Female

I am a registered nurse with over 21 years experience, I have worked for the past 18 years on Vascular Surgery at the Northern General. I was new to the Practice in October 2013 and to Practice Nursing, however I have a great deal of experience and interest in Wound Care and Chronic Disease Management, and hope to be able to use this experience to benefit the patients at the practice.

Bridget Manning

My name is Bridget and I have worked in Primary Care for over 10 years. I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of nursing care within general Practice. I am also a Nurse Prescriber and I am currently doing a university course in minor illness.

I am proud to be the lead nurse in our nursing team here at Gleadless and our aim is to have an experienced, highly motivated forward thinking nursing team in order to deliver the best most appropriate care to our patients.

Hannah Mitchell

MBChB (Hons) Sheffield 2009, MRCGP, DFSRH, AdDip PCMH, BA (Hons) - Female

Hannah came to Sheffield in 2004 to commence her medical training, and liked Yorkshire so much that she decided to stay. She joined the team at Gleadless in 2017 and enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with particular interests in Mental Health and Sexual Health. She is kept busy by her two young sons and her (not always very well trained) dog.

Bev Hegde

MBChB (2001 Sheffield) MRCGP DRCOG DFFP - Female

Bev enjoys all aspects of general practice but has a special interest in women’s health. Bev joined the team at Gleadless Medical Centre in April 2008, working Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays

Jez McCole

MB ChB (1999 Sheffield) - Male

Jez joined the partnership on 1 December 2006.
His main interests are Diabetes Care, Child Health and Health Informatics.
